Janine Mooney grew up in the green part of the Garden State (Exit 1, for all of you New Jerseyans). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Journalism, from High Point University in North Carolina. She began working for Advantage Business Media in 2011 as the Associate Editor for Wireless Design and Development (WDD), where she fell in love with all things tech. Prior to working for WDD, she held editorial positions at Kids Monthly Publications, Inc., Pace Communications, and Gannett Company, Inc. Janine enjoys covering a variety of topics, including but not limited to wearable electronics, smart homes, and sensors.
