The 4A4305 is designed for signal distribution for DCS, PCS, 3G and W-LAN applications. The 4A4305 provides better performance and requires less real estate, than the typical approach of using three discrete two-way power dividers. It provides a minimum isolation of 15 dB across the full 1.5 - 2.5 GHz bandwidth and 20 dB between a narrowband of 1.8 - 2.0 GHz with a maximum broadband insertion loss of 0.5 dB and 0.4 dB across the narrowband. In addition, the 4A4305 has a phase balance of ± 4 degrees and a minimum return loss of 15 dB (20 dB narrowband).
The 4-Way Xinger is manufactured using materials with x and y thermal expansion coefficients compatible with many common substrates, including FR4, G-10 and polyamide, and can be used in a variety of medium to high power applications. The 4A4305 has internal chip resistors having a maximum average power of 100 mW, and it measures in at a mere 0.87inches× 0.48inches× 0.08inches.
