NBL Devices

White Electronic announces a 72 MB, NBL (No Bus Latency) device, a JEDEC pin compatible, Pipeline NBL, 2Mx36, 2.5 V device packages in a 14 × 22 mm, 119 BGA. The family is currently offered in speed ranges from 150 MHz to 225 MHz, making them ideal for memory and memory performance demands of data and telecommunications platforms. All inputs on the device, with the exception of an asynchronous Output Enable, are synchronized to the rising edge of the input clock and write operations are internal self-timed.
