Air Filters

Universal Air Filter has introduced a new heat exchanger air filters that are NEBS-compliant for telecommunications enclosure applications. Heat exchanger technology allows telecom equipment design engineers to reduce reliance on conventional air conditioning for electronics equipment cooling.

The new air filters help heat exchangers operate at full peak efficiency and minimize maintenance Quadrafoam air filters feature sturdy one-piece roll formed aluminum frames, 85% open expanded aluminum Uni-Grid support, and Telcordia NEBS certified Quadrafoam filter media. They may also be configured with EMI shielding components, which transform the air filter into a dual-purpose air filter and EMI shield. Filters meet all standards and classifications for telecommunication enclosures, including Telcordia NEBS GR-78-CORE and Telcordia NEBS GR-63-CORE, UL 94 HF-1, UL 1950, CE, Telcordia GR-487-CORE.
