RF Power Line of Couplers

Anaren Microwave, Inc., announced the introduction of the RF Power Line of 200 watt surface mount directional and 90 degree hybrid couplers.

These new couplers increase power capabilities for better performance in an array of amplifier applications including: GSM, CDMA, TDMA, PDC, DCS, WCDMA, UMTS and WLAN. They allow engineers to use smaller surface mount directional style components.

Designed with continuous-edge plating, these couplers have increased connectivity and better ground path. The RF Power 200-watt coupler family is constructed from woven, Teflon-based materials for more stability, insertion loss as low as .10 dB, and low water absorption. All corner connections include a plated-through hole for improved reliability, and internal traces use two-ounce copper for enhanced thermal conductivity.
