The Microwave Application Seminars (MicroApps) are scheduled for the Palais des congrès de Montréal (Montréal Convention Center) June 19-21, 2012, as part of IEEE-IMS/MTT-S. MicroApps are a series of concise “application note” technical presentations given by exhibitors that are distinct and separate yet complementary to the IEEE technical sessions.
IMS2012 is less than 6 weeks away and I have been browsing the Program book to try to decide what to do and unfortunately what I willn’t be able to do. I am always amazed at the breadth of activities available. There will be multiple opportunities to learn the latest in my area of expertise (active device test & measurement) at technical sessions, workshops, panels, wandering the exhibits, MicroApps presentations, … I also will take some time to learn about some of the emerging areas or some topic that has intrigued me but of which I know little – a great continuing education opportunity.
IMS2012 is pleased to introduce new interactive ways to view the conference program, create your own schedule and interact with other conference attendees. Go to the IMS2012 website to view the interactive program from your desktop computer or any mobile browser. The system is searchable and can can be browsed in a number of intuitive and convenient ways.
