An unmanned Atlas V rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station this afternoon. It was the fifth time since December that an unmanned Atlas V rocket has been launched. The GPS 2F-4 spacecraft will join a constellation of other satellites circling already orbiting 11,000 miles above Earth.
