Coexistence Filters Enable Wi-Fi/LTE for Small Cells
RFMW (San Jose, CA) has announced design and sales support for two BAW filters from TriQuint (Hillsboro, OR) targeting applications where 2.4 GHz WLAN, Bluetooth and Wi-FI products must coexist with 4G LTE and TD-LTE signals. Features include:
High rejection in adjacent LTE bands.
- A footprint of 1.4 x 1.2 x 0.46mm.
- A 28 dBm average power rating, which allows circuit placement immediately following a final power amplifier.
- An operating temperature range from -40° to +95°C.
- AEC-Q200 qualification for automotive applications.
