TriQuint 802.11a/n/ac FEM from RFMW
RFMW, Ltd. (San Jose, CA) has announced design and sales support for a 5 GHz, 802.11 a/n/ac compliant WLAN Front End Module (FEM) from TriQuint (Hillsboro, OR). The TQP8080 combines an LNA with bypass mode and a PA with integrated power detector through an SPDT T/R switch.
Optimized for next generation WLAN integration, the TriQuint TQP8080 provides stable performance across temperature and voltage ranges due to a temperature-compensated bias network. Internally matched input and output ease design, as does CMOS compatible control voltages. The TriQuint TQP8080 is housed in a 2.5x2.5x0.4 mm QFN package. Specifications include:
- RF Frequency: 5150 to 5875 MHz.
- Rx Gain: 13 dB.
- Rx NF: 2.5 dB.
- Tx Gain: 30 dB.
- Supply Voltage: 5 V.
- OP1dB: 18 dBm.
