Stackpole (Raleigh, NC) has expanded its HVC Series of thick film high voltage resistors that utilize a state-of-the-art film deposition process to achieve high voltage ratings, high resistance values, and high pulse voltage handling up to 40 KV.

Features:

  • Capable of tolerances as low as +/-0.1% for sizes 1206 and larger.
  • Rated for working voltages ranging from 400 V for the 0603 size to 3500 V for the 3512 size.
  • The thick film high voltage resistor can handle high voltage surges from 5 KV for the 0603 up to 40 KV for the 3512 size, provided the terminals of the HVC chip are isolated. This voltage handling allows the HVC Series to be used for a variety of applications where high voltage and pulse voltage handling are critical, including medical applications and high voltage power supplies.
  •  Available in chip sizes 0603, 0805, 1206, 2010, 2512, and 3512.
  • RoHS compliant.
