Rochester Electronics Re-introduces DM7440N by National Semiconductor

Rochester Electronics (Newburyport, MA) has been licensed by National Semiconductor (acquired by Texas Instruments) to continue the manufacturing of the DM7440N since its EOL notification almost ten years ago. This device is used widely in an array of applications, and boards often times use multiple pieces of this device in a single application. Features include:

  • Dual 4-input NAND gate.
  • 14-pin plastic DIP that operates over a full commercial temperature range.
  • Available in military-grade configurations in ceramic-DIP or CERPAK package types.
