The SG390 Vector Signal Generator Series from Stanford Research Systems (Sunnyvale, CA) offers outstanding features and performance. Pulse shaping filters, TDMA gating signals, additive white noise, and event markers are all available from the front panel. A built-in pattern and PRBS generator can be used to create data, or you can upload your own symbol data. Symbols can be mapped to any constellation (GSM, EDGE, W-CDMA, APCO-25, DECT, NADC, PDC, ATSC-DTV and TETRA) and transmitted at rates up to 6 Msps. Features include:

  • Complete vector and analog modulation.
  • Dual baseband arb generators.
  • I/Q inputs with 300 MHz RF bandwidth.
  • Low phase noise.
  • OCXO timebase.
