CONEC (Garner, NC) has expanded its bayonet locking, IP67-rated industrial USB 2.0 connector series, which utilizes a 4-hole, flange-mount, nickel plated, die-cast housing. The water-resistant USB 2.0 connectors can be mounted on the front or rear side of enclosure panels up to 3.2 mm thick. The interface of the USB 2.0 connector meets IP67-rating requirements when mated or covered with a protective cap. The addition of 4-hole mounting provides extra protection against harsh environment elements, while facilitating easier “on-the-fly” connections for industrial applications. The USB 2.0 connector also features:

• M28 threads as an additional connection method to bayonet locking. 
• An operating temperature range from -40º to +80ºC.
• A 1.5 A max current rating @ 25ºC. 
• A voltage handling of 100 VDC. 
• RoHS compliance.
