RFMW , Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s new 50 to 4000MHz Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with noise figure of 0.66dB. The TQP3M9035 LNA features 37dBm OIP3 in an internally matched, DFN 2x2mm package. No external RF matching is needed for these cascadable, 50 ohm, LNA gain blocks. Over 16dB of gain makes the TQP3M9035 suitable for first and second stage LNAs in receive circuits. 23dBm P1dB makes it suitable as a gain block in transmitter designs or IF stages. The TQP3M9035 draws only 110mA from a single, 5V supply.
