Smartphone accessory product demos will include wireless heart-rate monitors, bike speed and cadence monitors, proximity fob security sensors, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose monitors, foot pods/pedometers, weight scales, and watches.

Participating companies include National Electronics & Watch Company, Dexcom, Dayton Industrial, A&D Medical, Casio, IDT, Wahoo Fitness, HMM Group, and Tanita.

Nordic will also be showcasing its recently-launched nRFready iOS Demo App sample application for the iPhone 4S that can be used to fast-track ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart wireless app and accessory development. (A short on-line video can be viewed at: tinyurl.com/79gtb3p .)
