ANADIGICS Powers CASIO's New G'zOne Rugged Smartphone

ANADIGICSANADIGICS announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of its AWT6621 fourth generation High-Efficiency-at-Lower-Power (HELP4) power amplifiers (PAs) to CASIO for the G’zOne IS11CA smartphone. The G’zOne IS11CA features an IPS 3.6 inch display, 8 megapixel camera, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. These features are combined with a shockproof, dustproof, and waterproof design to offer KDDI subscribers a rugged smartphone option for their EV-DO Rev. B network.
