AML announces the immediate availability of a medium power broadband amplifier model AML0126P3001. Operating in the frequency range of 100 MHz to 26.5 GHz, this amplifier has a gain of 30dB minimum and a noise figure below 5.5dB (above 500MHz). Output P1dB is +19dBm min and +22dBm typical. This amplifier operates from a single +12 to +15VDC supply with DC current of 400mA nom. Operating temperature range of -54ºC to +85ºC is available as an option.
