element14 Invites Engineers to Win Popular EAGLE Design Software, Fluke & Agilent Multimeters at ESC

Tue, 06/08/2010 - 6:33am
element14, the online global design engineering community and US electronics technology store, invites engineers attending Chicago’s Embedded Systems Conference (ESC) on June 8th and 9th to register at Booth 307 to win a standard edition of Cadsoft’s EAGLE PCB design software, Elektronik Magazine’s 2010 product of the year. The software’s latest version 5.10.0 incorporates “DesignLink” functionality, enabling users to access part pricing and availability.

element14 is also donating a Fluke 233 remote display TRMS digital multimeter and an Agilent U1253A handheld digital multimeter for the Twitter Scavenger Hunt (tweet @esc_blast for signup and details). Video reviews of the Fluke 233 and Agilent U1253A are available at element14.

Additionally, element14 is sponsoring the ESC Theatre, which offers a series of technical presentations including live teardowns.

“Like the ESC conference, element14 is a place engineers go to learn about new products and network with peers,” comments Alisha Mowbray, Senior VP, Innovation Marketing, element14. “Tens of thousands of engineers already use element14 each week to “Ask an Expert”, “Roadtest” new technologies, buy in-stock products for their designs, and collaborate with colleagues in groups focused on topics such as embedded design, programmable logic devices, ARM processors and Eclipse design technologies.”
