AVX Corporation's MH Series multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) provide protection against thermal and mechanical stress. The RoHS-compliant devices are rated at up to 100 V with a max. capacitance of 22 µF, an operating temperature from -55°C to 125°C and non-polar construction. The Pb-free components perform as input/output capacitors for industrial and telecom applications, smoothing circuits, HID and automotive high-CV applications.
