Z-Communications, Inc. announces its RoHS-compliant fixed frequency synthesizer model SFS3263A-LF in S-band. This single frequency synthesizer operates at 3263.31 MHz, and it features a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and a typical sideband spur of -70 dBc. The synthesizer delivers a typical output power of 9 dBm with a VCO voltage supply of 5 V DC, while drawing 33 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and phase locked loop typical voltage of 3 V DC and typical phase locked loop current of 13 mA. It features typical second harmonic suppression of -10 dBc and comes in a proprietary industry standard PLL-V12N package with low shield measuring 0.60? × 0.60? × 0.13?. It is available in tape-and-reel packaging for production requirements.
