Filters/ADC Drivers Target Broadband Wireless Equipment

Linear Technology's LTC660x family of broadband active filters/ADC drivers perform in broadband wireless communications and signal processing equipment. The dual-channel programmable 2.5-MHz LTC6603 offers adjustable of fixed gain, frequency control over a 100:1 frequency range, max. amplitude mismatch of ±0.4 dB, max. phase mismatch of &3177;4° and total harmonic distortion of -75 dB. The 5- to 28-MHz LTC6601-1 exhibits tolerance of 0.5%, differential inputs and outputs, laser-trimmed frequency response and total harmonic distortion of -70 dB. The dual-channel fixed-frequency LTC6605 family function in bandwidths from 7 MHz to 14 MHz with max. amplitude mismatch of ±0.25 or ±35 dB, max. phase mismatch of ±1° or ±2° and total harmonic distortion from -96 dB to -81 dB.
