Built for HSPA femtocells, picoChip’s PC302 system-on-chip baseband processor supports up to four users for residential and SME femtocell access points with data rates of 14.4 Mb/s HSDPA and 5.7 Mb/s HSUPA. The TR25.820 and lu-h interface-compliant device integrates a 3-GPP NodeB modem, RNC stack, Radio Resource Management, cryptographic engine, high-speed accelerators, synchronization, 2G and 3G network listen functionality and peripherals. The 65-nm technology-fabricated processor uses picoArray-based multi-core architecture. The device also supports WiMAX, LTE, TD-SCDMA, cdma2000/EvDO, and GSM/GPRS/EDGE.
