Maxim Integrated Products’ MAX15018 and MAX15019 half-bridge MOSFET drivers allow input voltages up to 125 V with a high-side (HS) pin. The HIP2100IB- and HIP2101IB-compatible devices provide a peak source and sink current of 3 A, typical propagation delay of 35 ns and maximum matched propagation delay of 2 ns between drivers. The TTL- or CMOS-compatible noninverting/noninverting or noninverting/inverting logic inputs have protection against voltage spikes up to 15 V. The eight-pin SO-packaged components operate in the automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C in telecom power supplies that must withstand transient voltages of 100 V or higher.
