CDMA2000 and WCDMA Telematics Module Licensing Agreement Formed

Qualcomm Inc. announces that they have entered into a CDMA2000® and WCDMA telematics module license agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Qualcomm has granted PEIKER a worldwide license to develop, manufacture and sell CDMA2000 and WCDMA telematics modules. Royalties paid by PEIKER are at Qualcomm's standard worldwide rates. Headquartered near Frankfurt, Germany and in Irving, Texas, PEIKER acustic (www.peiker.com) is a leading supplier of a wide range of mobile communication accessories, including microphones, cellular hands-free car kits and telematic solutions.
