Z-Communications announces their coaxial-resonator oscillator-based PLL synthesizer with desirable phase noise performance. The PSA4176C-LF, in a frequency range of 4146 to 4206 MHz, is designed to meet the high data rate demand of PTP applications as stable carrier generators. This module offers a phase noise performance of – 96 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset from the carrier, and operates at a supply voltage of 5Vdc. PSA4176C-LF has good tuning linearity over the band and spurious suppression of – 70 dBc.
