Stealth Microwave introduces the SM1822-44, a GaAs FET amplifier designed for high performance military and commercial markets. The unit operates from 1800 to 2200 MHz with a P1 dB of 44 dBm across the band and an OIP3 of +55 dBm (typical). Small signal gain is 45 dB with a flatness of ± 0.5 dB across the band.
