Tampa introduces a VME X-band block up and down converter. This modular product provides a compact and lightweight solution where frequency translation is needed between L-band frequencies of 1100 to 1600 MHz and X-band frequencies of 7.25 to 7.75 GHz. Phase noise performance characteristics are 1 kHz @ – 80 dBc, 10 kHz @ – 95 dBc, and 100 kHz @ – 115 dBc. Local oscillator frequency is 6150 MHz. Local oscillator stability is 10 MHz reference input. Noise figure is 15 dB maximum.
