California Eastern Labs introduces a SP3T (Single Pole Triple Throw) switch to it's offering of NEC GaAs MMIC switches. Developed to serve as a high power band selection device in CDMA dual band and GPS cellular phones, the UPG2031TQ operates at frequencies of 500 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Measuring 2.55 × 2.30 × 0.6 mm, its 10-pin TSON-style "TQ" package has a small footprint and low profile. Featured specifications include: insertion loss is 0.45 dB typical @ 1.0 GHz and 0.55 dB typical @ 2.0GHz; isolation is 26 dB typical @ 1.0 GHz and 21 dB typical @ 2.0 GHz; PIN (0.1 dB) is +33.0 dBm typical @ 1.0 GHz; and 2nd and 3rd Harmonics are 75 dBc typical at PIN = +27 dBm.
