K&L Microwave announces the WSD-00327 UMTS Duplexer. Designed for high performance Macro or Micro UMTS base stations, the WSD-00327 offers low insertion loss of 0.8 dB maximum (0.5 dB typical) over 1920 MHz to 1980 MHz receive, and 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz transmit passbands. Group delay variation over each passband is specified at 40 nS maximum, while return loss is rated at 15 dB minimum. The WSD-00327 provides antenna-to-receive port rejection of 60 dB minimum DC to 1880 MHz, 25 dB minimum 1880 MHz to 1900 MHz and 2000 MHz to 2110 MHz, 85 dB minimum 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz, and 50 dB minimum 2170 MHz to 5500 MHz. The transmit-to-antenna port rejection is specified at 60 dB minimum DC to 1920 MHz, 85 dB minimum 1920 MHz to 1980 MHz, 60 dB minimum 1980 MHz to 2040 MHz, 15 dB minimum 2040 MHz to 2100 MHz and 2180 MHz to 4220 MHz, and 50 dB minimum 4220 MHz to 5500 MHz. The WSD-00327 provides 85 dB minimum passband to passband isolation, while transmit path power handling is rated at 100 watts CW and 4000 watts peak instantaneous. The WSD-00327 is specified with 120 dBm maximum intermodulation products in the receive band with two +44 dBm CW carriers applied within the transmit passband. Dimensions are 5.49 × 5.15 × 1.5 inches, excluding N-F connectors. An optional antenna port QDS-F (Quick Disconnect) connector is available by ordering the WSD-00301 option. Operating temperature range is specified as 㪬°C to +70°C, with storage temperature range of 40°C to +85°C.
