Hittite introduces a low cost SPDT switch for use in transmit-receive applications requiring low distortion at high signal power levels, up to 10 watts. Packaged in a SOT26, the HMC446 can control signals from 824 to 894 MHz and is suited for cellular booster, automotive telematic and mobile radio applications. The HMC446 provides linear performance of +40 dBm P0.1 dB and +65 dBm IIP3 on the Transmit (Tx) port. On-chip circuitry allows single positive supply operation at low DC current with a single control input (Vctl).
