The DDR12 is a dual-output non-isolated point-of-load (POL) converter for double data rate (DDR) memory. The 2.5 V VDDQ output can deliver up to 25 A, while the 1.25 V VTT output can deliver up to 8 A; both voltages are trimmable from 90% to 110% of their normal rate. Designed for operation from a nominal 12 V supply rail, the DDR12 features a wide input range that is capable of accommodating any voltage from 10.8 to 13.2 V DC. The 2.5 V VDDQ output offers remote sense capabilities, has a fast 8 A/μs transient response, and is fully protected against over-voltage conditions.
