The LMX2346 and LMX2347 feature very low phase noise for increased radio sensitivity, allowing fewer dropped calls, extended base station range and improved voice quality. In addition, low power performance and small chip scale packaging make the PLLs ideal for use in 2, 2.5, 3G and future mobile telephone infrastructure equipment including base stations, WLANs and other wireless communications systems. Both PLLs feature low phase noise of 91 dBc/Hz at 900 MHz and 85 dBc/Hz at 1960 MHz, which enables better radio sensitivity. In addition, the LMX2346 and LMX2347 operate at frequencies up to 2.0 GHz and 2.5 GHz, respectively, and offer 2.7 V to 5.5 V operation, low current consumption of 4.0 mA and digital lock detect.
