Wed, 09/11/2002 - 5:17am
The MIC5239 is a tiny, micropower low-dropout (LDO) regulator providing keep-alive voltage for power sensitive applications ranging from notebook PCs to automotive electronics. The quiescent current is 23 uA and input voltage is 2.3 V to 30 V. It is capable of providing up to 500 mA of operating current, but when little or no current is drawn from the output, the quiescent current is 23 uA. The MIC5239 is available in thermally enhanced power SO-8, power MSOP-8 and SOT-223 packages.
