The 36584 Series AutoCal® modules provide fast, repeatable, and high-quality coaxial calibrations for 2-, 3-, and 4-port S-parameter requirements. The 36584 series covers the 10 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range and can be used with the Scorpion® VNMS. The AutoCal module characterization, which is traceable to NIST, is used to aid in the removal of normal systematic errors.
