The Xinger®-band delay line is ideally suited to feed-forward and pre-distortion amplifiers. These miniature 1 inches × 1 inches × 0.05 inches (2 and 5 nS) and 1 inches × 1 inches × 0.1 inches (10 nS) SM units save board space and assembly time — plus, no cable-trimming. They are available in tape and reel packaging for automated production and QC-by-camera. Up to 2.2 GHz is covered, with less than ± 1.0° deviation for linear phase. The Xinger-brand delay lines are extremely temperature stable and possess part-to-part repeatability.
