The HMC413QS16G provides 22 dB of gain and +29.5 dBm of saturated power at 42% PAE from a +5.0 V supply over 1.7 to 2.3 GHz. The HMC414MS8G provides 20 dB of gain and +30 dBm of saturated power at 32% PAE from a +5.0 V supply over 2.2 to 2.8 GHz. In both cases, the HMC414MS8G and the HMC413QS16G can operate using a 3.6 V supply. Each product has a power down control input (Vpd) that can be used for efficient control of DC current consumption and RF output power.
