Ericsson Microelectronics' latest high power DC/DC power modules further extend the PKL 4000 family with models designed for the wireless telecommunications and data processing marketplace. The PKL 4118A PIT delivers 100 A at 1.8 V, in a high-density 62 W/in3, high-efficiency enhanced half-brick format. This module offers 83% efficiency at full load, and is designed to handle input voltages from 36V-75V in accordance with ETSI specifications.
