SXA-389, which runs on 5 volts, offers high output 3rd order intercept of + dBm, high P1db of +25 dBm along with on-chip active bias control and excellent DC power efficiency. This amplifier offers IS-95 channel power of 19 dBm and WCDMA channel power of 16.5 dBm at -45 dBc adjacent channel power (ACP) and is designed specifically as a driver device for infrastructure equipment and customer-premise equipment in the 400-2500 MHz cellular, ISM, WLL, PCS and WCDMA bands.
The SXA-289 and SXT-289 amplifiers cover the 5-2000 MHz and 1800-2500 MHz frequency bands with a rare combination of efficient 1/4-watt power with high linearity in a low-cost, surface-mountable SOT-89 package Both products feature SMDI's high-reliability HBT technology and deliver high output 3rd order intercept performance of better than 40 dBm. Output power of both devices is +24 dBm at 1 dB compression.
