The MCP6021, MCP6022, MCP6023 and MCP6024 op amps offer rail-to-rail input and output that allows the full voltage supply range to be useful from 5.5-volt down to 2.5-volt voltage supply operation. The MCP6021 (single), MCP6022 (dual) and MCP6024 (quad) devices meet industry standard pin-outs in standard PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages.
Featuring unity gain stability with a gain bandwidth product (GBWP) of 10 MHz, low noise (8.7 nV/rtHz) and a maximum quiescent current (IQ) of 1.35 microamps (mA), the devices can be used without costly, stabilizing circuitry. The low offset voltage reduces this need for off-setting components while achieving low power consumption, minimizing board-space usage and lessening design time and component cost. The devices are fully specified from -40°C to +85°C and have a typical IQ of 1.0 mA that will extend battery life over traditional 10 MHz op amps.
