Kamaya announced the availability of their new RLS and RLC series of rectangular, low-ohm, precision thick-film resistors. The RLS series offers an ultra-low resistance range of 20 m ohms ~ 200 m ohms and exhibits a TCR (Temperature Coefficient of Resistance) of 0 ~ +150 ppm for resistance values between 50 m ohms and 200 m ohms. The RLS series is available in two packages 2010 and 2512, with rated power dissapation wattages of 0.25 W, 0.5 W, 0.66 W, 0.75 W. and 1.0 W respectively. The RLS and RLC series have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Applications for the RLS and RLC series include current detection circuits, power supplies, battery chargers, AC adapters, DC to DC converters, inverters, LCD circuits, mobile phones, and laptop computers.
