Storm-Microwave's line of flexible cable assemblies now includes a lightweight 0.190-inch diameter cable with enhanced phase stability properties. The new Phase Master™ Series is ideally suited for demanding test, radar, and space applications where phase vs. temperature or phase vs. flexure is critical.

The cable's unique MicroForm™ construction comprises high performance shielding technology combined with a proprietary blend of dielectric materials, resulting in a superior cable performance. Performance is further enhanced by a robust production process.

The cable operates at 26.5 GHz and offers excellent phase stability over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Phase change over 500 flexures is 1.5 @ 18 GHz; phase change over 1,000 flexures is 2.0 @ 18 GHz. Available armored and unarmored, the unarmored cable weighs only 17g/ft and meets specifications of less than 1% TML and 1.1% CVCM when tested in accordance with ASTM E-595-84.

Phase Master™ connector options include SMA, TNC, N, and 3.5 mm.
