Millimeterwave Amplifier Family

The AB0228H1-14 and AB038H1-14 are high gain amplifiers designed for 23 - 30 GHz and 36 - 41 GHz, respectively. The AB028H1-14 features 36 dB gain, 16 dBm output power and 3 dB noise figure. The AB038H1-14 offers 30 dB gain, 16 dBm output power and 4 dB noise figure. Both amplifiers operate from a single voltage supply, thereby simplifying bias requirements.

The AB028V1-14 is a variable gain amplifier designed for 23 - 30 GHz. It features 30 dB gain, 30 dB attenuation range, 15 dBm output power and 3 dB noise figure.

The AA028N1-99 and AA038N1-99 are low noise amplifiers designed for 23 - 30 GHz and 26 - 41 GHz, respectively. The AA028N1-99 features 3 dB noise figure, 18 dB gain and 9 dBm output power while an AA038N1-99 offers 3.8 dB noise figure, 18 dB gain and 5 dBm output power. Both amplifiers operate from a single voltage supply.

Alpha's new packaged amplifier series is designed for use in millimeterwave communication and sensor systems as the receiver front-end or transmitter gain stage when high gain, wide dynamic range, and low noise figure are required. The robust ceramic and metal package provide excellent electrical and thermal performance and a high degree of environmental protection for long-term reliability.
