Ultra Low Voltage Power Supervisor

Tue, 02/13/2001 - 9:48am
An adjustable ultra-low-voltage supervisor IC for monitoring power supplies as low as 300mV has been developed by Micrel Semiconductor. Available in Micrel's IttyBitty™ SOT23-5 packaging, the MIC2776 features a choice of output options and ultra-low quiescent current.

The MIC2776's power supply current is a portable-friendly 3.0 uA. A manual reset input is provided for a reset switch or for daisy-chaining the MIC2776 onto existing power supervision circuitry.

Three versions are being offered with different output topologies: the MIC2776H-BM5 has an active-high output; the MIC2776L-BM5 has an active-low output; and the MIC2776N-BM5 has an open-drain, active-low output.
