A new brochure titled Magnet–Wire Termination Guide is now available from Tyco Electronics. The six–page brochure highlights the AMP application tooling equipment available for machine applied open barrel thru–splice terminals, AMPLIVAR pigtail splices and direct connect terminals as well as MAG–MATE insulation displacement contact termination of copper and aluminum magnet wire. The brochure guides the reader through the appropriate application equipment for low volume, intermediate volume, high volume, and maximum volume production of magnet–wire terminations and splices for various applications in the commercial, industrial, household appliance, and motor vehicle industry.
