Planar Monolithics announces the release of PMI Model No: SDLVA-07103-70-LA3, a 750 MHz to 1.25 GHz frequency range (0.3 to 2.2 GHz units available) successive detection log video amplifier (SDLVA). This SDLVA provides up to 80 dB of dynamic range in 25 nS speed with low AM/PM conversion and a nominal 20 MHz video bandwidth. The Log Linearity is ± 1.5 dB over the dynamic range of – 65 to 5 dBm with a VSWR of 2.0:1 and a limited IF output of 14 dBm. The size is 1.30× 0.95× 0.27.
