The EM635X family of reset circuits can be used to monitor the power supplies in low-power microprocessors, microcontrollers and digital systems. The EM635X circuits send a reset signal to the microprocessor during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. The EM635X circuits are available in 11 standard threshold voltage options from 4.63 V down to 1.31 V, suitable for monitoring supply voltages from 5 V all the way down to 1.5 V, with an accuracy of ± 1.5%. They have a low supply current of 2.9 uA and come in 3-pin to 5-pin SOT23 and ultra-small SC70 packages. The EM635X has a temperature range of up to 125°C. They are particularly suitable for portable, handheld, battery-operated devices for all applications.
