CSM Series Molded Current Sense Resistors

The CSM Series from Stackpole utilizes a metal alloy plate, which is protected by a thin molded package.   The CSM Series is offered in 2512 and 0603 sizes and further enhances the resistance value ranges that Stackpole offers in these two sizes.   The 2512 size adds the ability to achieve resistance values above 10 milliohms ranging from 2 milliohms to 100 milliohms with a TCR of 75 ppm.

CSRF Series Current Sense Resistors Adds 0805 Chip Size

The CSRF series from Stackpole is a foil on ceramic carrier technology which can achieve lower resistance values than thick film technology and offers excellent TCR of as low as 50 ppm. The CSRF0805 is rated at 0.5 watts and is available in resistance values from 10 milliohms up to 100 milliohms, in 1% and 5% tolerances, and 50 ppm TCR.

Anti-surge Axial Leaded Resistors Adds Two Watt Power Rating

Stackpole announced the addition of a mini 2 watt power rating to its ASR series of axial leaded anti-surge resistors. The ASRM2 is the same size as the ASR1, has the same working voltage rating of 4KV and overload voltage rating of 5KV, yet is rated for 2 watts of continuous power. The ASR series is designed to handle high voltage pulses of up to 10KV depending on size and resistance value, for thousands of pulse events.

RMCP Series of High Power Thick Film Chip Resistors

The RMCP Series from Stackpole is a high power thick film chip resistor series that allows power system design engineers to downsize current designs without sacrificing power handling.  For example, the RMCP0603 has a 1/8 watt power rating, which is equivalent to the power rating for standard commercial 0805 size chip resistors.

Stackpole has expanded their popular RNF Series of metal film axial leaded resistors and is now able to support tolerances as tight as ±0.05% and TCR values as low as 10 ppm.  The available resistance range is 100 ohms to 100K ohms and is available in 1/8 and 1/4 watt sizes.  This expansion greatly enhances the usability of the RNF Series for precision applications.
