GaAs SPDT Switches Target WLAN Applications

The SKY13366-378LF (2.0-6.0 GHz) and the SKY13350-385LF (0.8-6.0 GHz) switches target low power WLAN consumer premise device equipment and offer exceptional RF performance including positive voltage control, very low insertion loss, high isolation and excellent linearity.
