Power Supplies Offer High Power Density

Murata Power Solutions’ CF200 and CF3500 Series AC/DC switching supplies have a power density of 8 W/in.³ and 9 W/in.³, respectively. The 200 W CF200-A12C presents a 12 V output and 80% efficiency in a 127 × 84 × 39.6 mm U-channel package. The 350 W CF-350-A12C/A24C/A48C offer 80% efficiency in a 173 × 84 × 36.6 U-channel package. The RoHS-compliant devices include active load current sharing, OR-ing diode for N+1 parallel operating, and a mean time before failure (MTBF) of 300,000 hours.
