Voltage Dividers

TT Electronics BI Technologies Electronic Component Division has developed an engineering sample kit of its SOT-23 packaged precision voltage divider networks. Designated the SS1 series, these divider networks consist of two ultra-stable nichrome thin film resistors on silicon substrates, connected in series within a standard plastic SOT-23 lead package. The divider network sample kits are comprised of four sets of ten devices each. The specifications for the networks in the sample kit include: SOT-23 divider: 12.4 kΩ/20 kΩ resistance values, with absolute tolerances to 0.5%/ratio tolerance to 0.1%, TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) is ± 25 ppm/° C; SOT-23 divider: 10 kΩ/100 kΩ resistance values, with absolute tolerances to 0.5%/ratio tolerance to 0.1%, TCR is ± 25 ppm/° C; SOT-23 divider: 5 kΩ/20 kΩ resistance values, with absolute tolerances to 0.5%/ratio tolerance to 0.1%, TCR is ± 25 ppm/° C; SOT-23 divider: 20 kΩ/20 kΩ resistance values, with absolute tolerances to 0.5%/ratio tolerance to 0.1%, TCR is ± 25 ppm/° C.
